Ballast Point

grapefruit

The wait is over! Grapefruit and Habenero Sculpin is now available in NJ! If you’re a craft beer drinker, odds are you’ve tried the delicious West Coast-style Sculpin and have been a fan ever since your first sip. These two variations compliment this favorite hoppy brew and take it to a new flavor experience that is both delicious and exciting! Grapefruit Sculpin was made with real grapefruit juice that melds beautifully with the American citrussy hops. There is a nice tart freshness that amps up the base beer flavor and gives your taste buds some extra action, while still remaining quite refreshing. Habenero Sculpin takes the original brew on a different path. The sculpin fish has a big sting, and this brew certainly has a bite! The intense hops and the sharp peppers work well together and the balance will attract those who love spicy foods and those who are spicy-curious!
