River Horse Hipp-O-Lantern

River Horse fans, rejoice! Hipp-o-lantern season has officially commenced in the Garden State! This rich and hearty locally-brewed Imperial Pumpkin Ale is wonderfully crafted by blending fresh pumpkin puree with black strap molasses and a variety of hand-crushed spices. The perfect combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, Madagascar vanilla bean, fresh ginger and cloves create an intense aroma that will surely get you in the mood for the festivities of the fall season ahead. On the palate, you’ll find an incredible depth of character with layers upon layers of spice, heat and sweet malty goodness. Dark amber in color, 8.5% abv, big, bold and not for the faint of heart, it is a festive Ale brewed with pumpkin and molasses. A variety of hand-crushed, whole spices set up an impressive aroma and well balanced taste.
